Barely a ripple

The awful sickness seems to be lifting with verocity although it is with me daily... most of the day sadly. :( However I was well enough to go for a nice walk on Saturday with the horse and on Sunday I rode for the first time in a fortnight. Funnily enough when I got in the saddle it just felt "right" and for the first time in ages I didn't feel sick or anxious. It as blowing a gale with very heavy rain and was just lovely... we galloped flat out through the rain and I felt freedom briefly.
